The Demi Cabin is a cozy, modern tiny cabin located in Combs, Arkansas along the scenic Pig Trail Corridor in Northwest Arkansas. Designed as part of a larger micro-resort compound, it bridges the gap between a full-size home and a solo cabin stay offering privacy, comfort, and flexibility in a compact footprint.
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for small families, couples, or groups who want their own space while still being close to nature and shared group experiences. Inside, you’ll find a king bed (a rare feature in tiny cabins), a pullout sofa, and a bunk area with two twin beds.
Guests love its easy access to outdoor adventures — especially direct ride-in/ride-out access to Mill Creek SxS trails and nearby Mulberry River floating spots. It’s a newer build with modern finishes, set in a rustic outdoor environment, making it a comfortable base for exploring the Ozarks.
